Presentation of a set of new standards and procedures, including legislative, institutional, and contractual frameworks, that determine the successful execution of concession/PPP project flows. These standards have been developed under the auspices of the dedicated PPP Center of Excellence program associated with the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) and have been approved by UNECE member states. Their foundations are based on achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and taking into account global common imperatives.
Based on examples and practical experience, we will assess the systemic impact of this framework on the private sector’s execution of concession project flows.
