The World Association of PPP Units and Professionals (WAPPP) is pleased to welcome the Directorate General for Public-Private Partnerships as a full member of its global network.

Operating under the Ministry of Economy and Finance, the DGPPP serves as Djibouti’s national centre of expertise for public-private partnerships, supporting policy development and advising on projects across the full PPP lifecycle. Its membership in WAPPP reinforces a shared commitment to strengthening institutional capacity, promoting best practices, and advancing sustainable infrastructure solutions.

Welcoming the partnership, Fatouma Ahmed Moussa, Director General of PPPs, stated, “The DGPPP is delighted to join WAPPP and looks forward to working closely with members of the network to build synergies, strengthen partnerships, and promote the development of PPPs in Djibouti.”

Ziad-Alexandre Hayek, President of WAPPP, added, “We are pleased to welcome Djibouti’s DGPPP to WAPPP. As a network committed to capacity building and sustainable PPPs, we look forward to fostering collaboration and supporting initiatives that deliver tangible economic and social impact.”
